Terms of Service

By accessing or using any services provided by WeConnect Philippines ("WeConnect," "we," "us," or "our"), including WeConnect Studio, Worship, our website at weconnectph.com, and any related tools or applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

WeConnect provides church technology solutions including but not limited to:

• WeConnect Studio: A desktop presentation software for churches (Windows)
• WeConnect Worship: A mobile worship team companion app
• Dashboard: A web-based management portal for subscriptions, licenses, and account settings

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One account per person or organization. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is listed on our Pricing page.
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal or GoTyme Bank transfers.
• Subscriptions are billed annually. A license key is provided upon successful payment.
• Each license key is valid for one (1) organization and may be activated on up to three (3) devices unless otherwise stated.
• License keys are non-transferable and must not be shared publicly.

• We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to yancolasino@weconnectph.com.
• Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
• Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any WeConnect software
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share, redistribute, or resell license keys
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the operation of our services
• Use automated scripts to access or scrape our services without permission

• All WeConnect software, designs, logos, and content are owned by WeConnect Philippines.
• Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
• Content you create using our tools (presentations, setlists, etc.) remains your property.
• Bible texts displayed through our software are subject to their respective copyright holders' terms.

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• You may close your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your license keys will be deactivated and access to paid features will be revoked.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
